特別好，位置好，就在茶村對面，乾淨衞生，環境好，適合孩子玩，園裡有秋千。早餐也好吃，胡辣湯，熱乾麪，味道絕了！茶村景色不錯，酒店贈送有交通喝茶券，特別划算，孩子喝茶券可以兑換成茶點，一路的零食就有了。總之都挺好，有機會還會選擇！

餐廳的大姐服務巨好！推薦芝麻葉麪條 、鍋盔饃、炒雞蛋…
設施很好。就是這個前台一言難盡！
我們下午不到兩點到達，根據規劃，4點去看節目五點多去文新樓喝茶拍照。但是我們不知道，我們問前台怎麼玩，態度及不耐煩説你去對面山頭喝茶然後看節目。等我們去喝完茶回來了才發現節目就在酒店旁邊！根據這個節目表也結束了，第二天上午熱死了十二點多看完節目才可以帶孩子去採茶！大夏天大中午高温🥵！給前提提意見誰昨天的規劃不合理，前台直接懟我誰讓你昨天下午兩點才來！！！

也就昨天下午我們想看文新小院（一晚上1900多）的時候服務好，我們覺得我太貴我們住不完浪費，然後選擇住399的。媽呀那個態度360度轉變！！！比娃娃變臉還快！
説實話硬件沒問題就是那個服務！真的是絕了絕了絕了！入住前打電話的前台服務很好！

房間乾淨舒適，各種配套設備都很齊全，唯獨獨一點是沐浴花灑出水量有點小，其他方面都非常滿意。停車位也很充足。前台小姐姐服務態度很好，環境整體都很好，距離茶山超級近，茶山上風景超好很壯觀。

訂了兩間，個人更喜歡豪華大床房，房間比較大。觀景大床房屋裡小一些，有個陽台可以看到茶田。樓層高一些應該會更好看。觀景大床在三號樓。

挺好的，比較乾淨整潔，有個小陽台能看到個茶坡。酒店馬路對面就是茶村很近的距離，適合帶家人住宿，工作人員服務挺好還送了小禮品，早飯也不錯。
