We stay at this hotel for 3 nights early Sept. The temperature of room reached to 28.2oC (82oF). I complained to the front desk and the girl worked there informed us that the hotel has shot down the AC to save the energy. She felt sorry and put a fan in our room. All three nights were hot and humid in the room. Can't check out fast enough. The decoration of the room is old and needs renovation. Would not recommended to stay at this hotel. There is better ones available.

住過的最差五星了，覺得頂多三星的品質。設施老舊，衞生也不太好，空調開了一宿從30度降到29度5???早上跟前台反應這個情況，前台竟然説現在温度也不熱🥵不用開空調……那空調就應該不涼嗎？這服務水準可見一般。晚上風大，開窗就吼吼的風響，要是一個人住還是挺恐怖的。早上早餐餐具廉價，感覺也不太衞生，能吃的也就是熱乾麪了。不知道是怎麼評的五星？狠狠踩坑，看來以後選酒店還要做好攻略，給後邊的小夥伴兒避雷吧。哎，沒有一個能拿得出手的五星酒店……

帶長者回信陽老家走走，酒店服務很温馨，第一天送了水果，第二天送眼罩，樓層服務員主動服務，温暖如春風。早餐豐富，超值，有好喝的自製酸奶！胡辣湯！熱乾麪！位置正對百花園廣場，不錯！

非常棒，大氣的酒店，毗鄰市府，交通便利，對面百花園和百花劇院，旁邊萬達廣場和會展中心，離新申河夜市一條街也不遠，距離南灣湖景區也就11公里左右路程。

出差入住，酒店位置很好，酒交通方便，旁邊就是萬達和百花園，房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔，床墊非常柔軟舒適，房間熱水來得也快，東西都比較齊全，早餐東西很豐富，熱乾麪好吃，，服務人員挺好的，前台李瑞很用心，態度好，有禮貌，一直微笑辦理入住，隔很遠就打招呼，感覺很温馨，值得選擇，推薦更多人入住

設施：老舊，空調打不開，特別冷，沒有取暖設施，無法解決問題。
衞生：一般，進房間後還有上一個客人沒有用完的洗漱用品
環境：環境還行，不過房間老舊，和外表不搭
服務：一般，告知前台房間太冷，前台無法給出相應解決辦法，多次催促，讓自行打客房服務電話解決，最終解決方案是給加床被子。
總體:差勁，總體跟不上價格，虛有圖表。

酒店也算信陽老牌的星級酒店了，位置很好，對面就是百花園，政府機關都在這邊，旁邊也有商場，房間雖然有些老了，但是也算乾淨，很不錯，停車免費，而且有特斯拉超級充電樁。
