環境非常棒，乾淨整潔，前台工作人員的服務一定要着重誇一下，我平時旅遊多，住的民宿酒店多，但是我覺得全季的服務絕對是數一數二的！因為天氣炎熱，工作人員還很貼心的送了降暑飲品，整體感覺很舒適，衞生間淋浴水很大，空調也很給力，電視很大，我們還在屋裡看了半天的電影！地理位置也特別好，對面就是車站，出遊很方便，附近好吃的也很多，下次再來信陽，一定還要住全季，強烈推薦哦！

房間整潔乾淨，設施很齊全，最重要的是前台服務態度很好很貼心，送了水果，出行還為我們提供了礦泉水，早餐也不錯，周圍出行也很方便。

房間很滿意，接待的小姐姐給升級了親子房還送了小曲奇和飲品，孩子非常的喜歡。客房服務的小機器人也很可愛，以後出遊首選全季。這次入住的13樓保潔阿姨也很好，很熱情。
