Le personnel est très agréable et à l’écoute. Quand je suis arrivée nous avons tout de suite échanger nos wechat pour pouvoir communiquer plus facilement. Je n’avais pas assez de savon et l’hôtesse m’en a tout de suite donné plus (petit sachet à dose unique). J’ai même eu un problème avec mon ventilateur tard le soir et elle a été très réactive et résolu le problème rapidement. J’étais dans une chambre individuelle sans fenêtre avec salle de bain partagée. Mais ça allait car la salle de bain était partagée avec seulement une autre personne. Les toilettes et la douche étaient propres (malgré une petite odeur venant des toilettes turques). L’hôtel est juste à côté de plein de restaurants ce qui est facile pour trouver à manger. Je recommande vivement !

環境：環境很好，在信陽師大東門，出去就是小吃街，有很多好吃的，價格也很便宜
服務：老闆很實在，很耐心，是個很好的人，有什麼需要的可以和老闆説
衞生：房間廁所很乾凈，老闆還放了香薰，進門有香味，很好聞

位置在師範附近，門前一段窄路，開車要謹慎駕駛。老闆娘很熱情，房間也很乾凈，卧具還是很新。洗浴水很熱。周圍吃飯地方很多。小不足，房間隔音效果似乎不是很好。算是物超所值。
