體驗感很好，房間位置和酒店位置很容易找，聯繫前台的時候隨時都在，也很好溝通，中間出現了小插曲，孩子的收表忘在房間了，前台給打電話告知提醒，真的非常感謝，下次還會繼續光顧這裏哦。

每次來信陽都會選擇金冠快捷，房間衞生很乾凈，前台小姐姐人也特別好，位置也比較好找，在汽車站對面，附近吃飯也方便，小姐姐還會推薦好吃的飯店，不多值得推薦

出差經常來他們家住宿 ，賓館房間給人的感覺挺温馨的，衞生乾淨，前台小姐姐人很好，樓層大姐打掃衞生也很及時，我最喜歡住四樓了，四樓有個平台種了好的花花草草，沒事去平台轉轉挺不錯的哦，值得推薦

我要特別的誇一誇這個酒店的前台，服務熱情周到，還很體貼，一次性的水杯，一次性的拖鞋，兩瓶免費的礦泉水，五樓還有兩台洗衣機，四樓還有一個大平台可以晾衣服也可以乘涼，開房的時候前台小姐姐都説的很清楚。

我是來這裏出差的經常在這家住，感覺各方面都很不錯，酒店前台態度很温柔，樓層上的大姐也不錯，前台都會給我免費升級房間，房間裏也很乾凈衞生，到了這裏就有一種家的感覺，以後次次都會來。

酒店對面就是汽車站，坐車很方便，不用提前等車，到商場逛街也很方便，幾分鐘就到天潤廣場了，前台人很好，給我免費升級了房型，還介紹了附近的小吃和旅遊景點，房間電視不會弄，也馬上安排人來處理，房間衞生方面很乾凈，毛巾洗漱用品都是獨立包裝的，這點很不錯。

我們是兩個人出來旅遊的，感覺很不錯，前台接待的態度也很親切，房間裏也很乾凈寬敞，突然間臨時有事跟前台商量能不能晚點下來前台也沒有説收取費用，感覺這家店對客人很人性化，值得推薦。
