酒店服務超級好，從下訂單開始一直有在發酒店的訊息，看到了有接送站服務，就聯繫了前台，前台立馬幫忙安排禮賓部的小哥哥去接站，服務特別，前台辦理入住非常迅速，並且免費幫忙升級了房型，非常暖心，酒店早餐種類很豐富，炒菜，麪點，粥，胡辣湯，米線，沙拉等等……米線特別好吃，胡辣湯特別好吃，我男朋友吃了兩碗，房間裏面乾淨整潔，寬敞舒適，整體來説是特別滿意的，值得推薦，下次來還會住這裏🙃👍

總體一般吧，酒店設施有些老化了，電梯很慢很慢，上個樓至少等兩分鐘，酒店停車真的很讓人無語，有保安但是保安不管，喊了半天保安才出來

酒店有比較多的停車位，方便停車，房間寬敞，早餐不錯，地理位置方便到周邊遊玩。
就是感覺我住的那間房有些味道，專門請服務員幫忙開大窗通風，後來感覺一個枕頭像有人用過一樣，有淡淡頭髮的油味，另一個枕頭就沒有那種味道了。這個事沒有和前台説，怕麻煩別人，但希望酒店會做得更好，所以在評價裏表達了。
住了兩晚，總體來説還是不錯的，特別適合自駕遊的人士。
信陽博物館管理得很好，非常值得打卡，鄂豫皖革命紀念館也非常好，內容豐富。一起推薦了。

房間很大，裝修的也還行，很乾凈。停車場有2個快充充電槍很方便。三百米遠晚上有小吃一條街夜市很方便。
服務員挺熱情，早飯很好，品種還很多，還有熱乾麪。

確實是一個比較高檔的酒店，是2016年裝修到今天底子還在，但是有些細節都比較一般。住宿這個是沒問題，另外價格也比旁邊的便宜。我衹是歇腳住一晚上，停車場非常大，很好停車。另外像我這種帶小朋友出行的，有1m35的標間，這個床比較大，能擠得下，其他酒店像有1m2的那種床擠不下。位置很方便呀，這個旁邊兒就有夜市小吃。還有很多超市，這算是在信陽市的主幹道上。離上高速路口也不算太遠，挺方便的。
