Advantages: Close to Nanwan Lake, 300 meters from the entrance of the scenic spot; parking is available at the entrance and there is a parking lot next to it; I had a simple lunch in the restaurant, which was quite delicious; I could hear the singing and singing of birds in the morning, which made it feel like a mountain resort.

客觀説這價格在信陽算較高的。湖北周邊也住遍了，對比下來過家感覺是很一般,讓我和我家人印象最差的是一大瓶水標價15元收費。你説你們比市中心萬達都貴，至於提供一大瓶水要標價麼，父母住的標間和我自己單人間（都是送兩瓶農夫山泉）我是夠喝他們不夠，不是15元的問題,是有種抓住各種機會掙入住者小錢的感覺，讓人感到不是很舒服我在其他地方住的都是基本是當地最好的那檔酒店,第一次看到這種情況。（可能他們沒有過個意思）。上述行為我能理解,
下面這個問題是我打差評的原因,衞生間外面的洗手池一直持續-晚上很大聲的異響，11點左右我洗漱完發現,聲音很大間隔約幾十秒出現一次，就是水管的聲音類似於平時用完水龍頭水流過的異響，關鍵是正常的流完就沒有了，他這個持續一晚上，我帶着耳塞，還被吵到,最後還是睡著了反正晚上沒有休息好，當時11點多，東西很多也不想折騰退房什麼的給我印象太差了，很無奈
酒店也沒有正兒八經的停車場，就是停外面。你們也是接近400檔位的酒店，怎麼連個正兒八經的停車場也沒有呢，尤其是冬天下雨下雪玻璃結冰啥的。不太滿意，中差評吧

房間很大，還蠻有特色的。我們一共訂了兩間房，其中一間房的空調不太給力，找來了服務員，但還是花了好幾個小時才把温度降下來。門口有停車場但是毫無管理可言，幾乎都在亂停車。對面有一個水上樂園嗨到了很晚才停止放音樂。周邊餐館還不錯，盲選的菜還蠻合胃口。

住了兩晚，頭一晚的大床房一家三口住有些小，第二天換到了雙床房，酒店很好幫我升級了更大面積的，乾淨衞生，我起不來孩子爸帶孩去吃早餐，都説早餐不錯，臨走時還送了孩子小玩具
