The sanitary conditions of the room were slightly poor. There were mosquitoes and a peculiar smell. There were three large trash cans outside the window and the sheets were itchy. Booking a room a few days in advance was much more expensive than the price on the day of check-in. The hotel was adamant and refused to refund the price difference. In the end, Ctrip refunded the price difference.
