房間衞生很差，服務更差勁👎，我們就問了一句房間有沒有水供應，服務員説了一句很差勁的話，她説幾十塊錢還想喝水，後來我們下去買了一箱純凈水

到的時間是凌晨，因為帶着孩子，就想着哪怕貴點，好歹是連鎖，衞生和服務靠譜點，結果太差勁了，進門就呆住了，牆上有很多打死的蚊子，血還在上面，裝修的好多地方已經生銹，牆上起皮了，地板上臟的噁心，桌子，窗簾一看都是沒好久沒搞衞生了，蜘蛛網不少，牙刷牙膏沒有，毛巾有味道，刷牙的杯子倒是有，杯子裏多處黑黑黏黏的東西，屋子裡電話打不通前台，下去和前台問問停車的事情，愛答不理的，已經凌晨了，實在沒地方去了，將就睡了，一早就退房走人，簡直是噩夢，不要求豪華，假期漲價400多也可以，簡單乾淨都做不到，還是別開酒店噁心人了，尚客優就丟人到這個份上，無語～別説花錢住宿了，強烈要求賠償精神損失費。

這個酒店位置好找，距離車站很近，而且服務態度好，二十四小時有人，有免費熱水喝，房間很大很乾凈衞生，看着就比較舒服，而且住的還很開心，真心推薦大家住這個酒店

都來住過多少次了，每次保潔阿姨都在催，不到點就來催，我又不會不退房一直住，保潔阿姨在擔心什麼呢？到時候退房的時候該讓我交多少錢我就交了，延遲退房我當然知道要加錢，阿姨一直在催什麼呢？今天延遲到三點退房保潔兩點五十就過來敲門説到點了，從中午十二點到三點來催了三次，到底要幹啥？
