前台的服務態度都很好。還有簡餐。隔音是真不咋地，太差了。整個房間的設施又老又新的感覺，馬桶的按鈕不會自動回彈，剛開始不知道，一直流水的聲音真是難受。然後我房間裏的浴巾還爛的兩個口子，雖説不影響使用，但是看着咋那麼不美觀呢。

酒店真的強烈推薦！！！我經常出差旅遊住酒店，住的酒店很多，但這是我第一次強烈發至內心的想法好評！首先他們酒店的門頭應該是新裝修的，在這一片裏看着是最氣派的一個。酒店空間特別寬敞，光線特別好，基礎設施也特別完善，而且到處到特別乾淨整潔！酒店位置特別好，很方便出行，旁邊有很多飯館，而且他們家這個價格竟然還有早餐，嚴重懷疑老闆是搞慈善的吧！！總的來説真的物有所值！下次出差絕對會回來住的！

這家酒店簡直是我的夢中酒店，地理位置絕佳，出門就是熱鬧商圈，天潤廣場，性價比非常高，價格實惠卻能享受到高品質服務，前台工作人員服務熱情周到。酒店佈置温馨，衞生一塵不染，空調非常給力熱水也很足，真的太值了

設施：酒店房間沒有抽紙，整體前台比較簡約，房間很有生活氣息
衞生：床單被罩沒有明顯的污漬，邊緣角落仍需注意，但是15日早上讓前台通知打掃一下衞生，中午回來也沒人來打掃，還是自己去叫了阿姨來打掃
環境：對面就是信陽汽車站 走一段路就是信陽火車站，旁邊有天潤廣場可以解決飲食距離各項都不遠打車方便，房間隔音較好，沒有噪音
服務：前台禮貌熱情，認真負責，免費贈送早餐
如果是半夜的剛下火車，可以到這個酒店入住，普通房間還是比較實惠，總體瑕不掩瑜
