這家酒店很不錯，前台服務很熱情，會主動給你送茶。客房的衞生還是不錯的，整體感覺很好。這裏的停車場很大停車很方便，酒店估計靠近小區又安靜吃的東西也多，買東西也很方便。挺好的，可以推薦。

酒店位置很好，就在溮河邊上，離茗陽閣非常近，茗陽閣下面就是信陽科技館，孩子們挺喜歡，酒店周邊飯店很多，交通比較便利，離南灣湖景區打車十塊錢就到了。酒店硬件一般，地毯、牆壁污漬比較多，服務態度還好，就是有些不夠細緻，比如第一天打掃時房間垃圾桶忘記清理了，再比如房間裏沒有衣撐，打電話到前台説安排送過來，就沒有下文了......，不過，整體還是滿意的，早餐味道還不錯！

家門口的御用酒店，新裝修後，美景，餐飲，新建的公園，新修的馬路，逐漸成為最佳河景酒店。價格還是一如既往的工薪消費。希望繼續保持。每次入住高層觀河景房間，感覺都十分愜意與享受。員工專業的服務，認真的態度，也在住過華住旗下酒店中，名列前茅。期待下次的入住！！！
