酒店的環境很不錯，就在市中心的位置，出門步行五分鐘就有汽車站，公交車站非常便捷。而且房間還有配備有免費的水和茶包，覺得很貼心，前台的服務也不錯，酒店的早餐很推薦，非常豐富，強烈推薦大家來星程酒店入住。

清明期間避開熱門旅遊城市，遂選擇信陽，從武漢過來高鐵不到一個小時，非常方便。這家酒店前台服務熱情，房間乾淨整潔，沐浴露和洗髮水的味道很好聞！特別是床品非常舒服，睡了個好覺！下次來信陽還會選擇這家酒店。

家庭房適合親子出行。前台小雨很熱情的送了早餐，沒想到早餐還不錯哦，在同檔次酒店裡做的算是挺讓人驚喜的了。另外要誇一誇的是房間的枕頭，一高一矮真的做出了差別，那個矮枕頭的承託力還不錯。

前台服務還是很熱情的，很生活、很親切，入住時詢問了很多問題前台服務員總是耐心的解答始終面帶微笑，整體的房間設施感覺挺好，衞生情況優，進房間的感覺很明亮，配的有空氣凈化器，沒有異味。獨立無線網絡，第一次花這麼長時間評價是真的棒。
