酒店的員工服務非常熱情且專業。前台辦理入住時，工作人員非常耐心細緻，酒店的房間佈置現代，且非常舒適。床鋪軟硬適中，床品也非常舒適，給人一種家的感覺。房間內的設施也很齊全，這裏的服務態度真的很好，工作人員總是很熱情，讓人感到很温暖，前台辦理入住很快，總是面帶微笑服務，非常值得推薦入住，性價比很高，住宿環境很棒，衞生整潔，床感舒適，適合旅遊度假，商務出行，服務太多非常棒！

我在希岸酒店住了一晚，真是一次非常愉快的體驗。酒店的地理位置特別適合學生和家長，周圍有很多餐廳有燒烤店和小吃街還有奶茶店，便利設施一應俱全。房間整潔舒適，床品非常柔軟，睡得很安穩。入住時還能免費享用檸檬水和奶茶，感覺特別貼心。

和朋友到信陽師範大學辦事，預訂費這個酒店，因為距離學校較近。當辦理完入住，前台免費給了我兩張早餐卷，説要個好評，我當時是想全五星好評，然後到處拍照，為了發圖片好評，以往出差住酒店我幾乎不會給任何差評。我們把背包放在酒店，就出去辦事了。沒想到本次我們就沒住過夜。晚上10點多預訂其他酒店住的。 主要是房間裝修氣味太刺鼻了，我朋友薰的頭疼，我的嗓子癢，咳嗽。 到新酒店已經快12點了，緩了很久才舒服些。 酒店裝修氣味前台從頭到尾都沒提過，我當天退房時也沒有任何反饋。 其實我們辦完事返回酒店後嘗試着接受這個刺鼻氣味，在**買了去甲醛噴霧，然後噴了一下，給心裏安慰，沒想到味道太刺鼻了無法繼續過夜入住。我們下去退房時反饋味道太刺鼻，前台沒有説話，沒有任何錶示。如果朋友們對裝修味道敏感的或者帶小孩入住的，一定要避雷。
