九豐園民宿坐落於信陽市溮河區，周身是連綿起伏的大山，處處瀰漫著茶香，離何家寨露營基地以及文新茶村都很近。民宿房間寬敞乾淨，設施齊全。農家菜新鮮爽口，現殺土雞肉質肥美，價格親民。老闆自家採茶炒茶，春茶尖兒湯色清，回甘無窮，還送了兩個定製玻璃杯泡茶，想帶些毛尖回家的遊客可以聯繫老闆娘～

房間毛巾浴巾都是一次性的很乾凈，就是在山上有小蟲子，房間有滅蚊器沒有被蚊子咬挺好的，老闆也都很熱情，做飯好好吃，好的不想走，有機會還要去玩，狗狗也乖，不叫的，大餅有奶香味空口吃都很好吃

很普通的房間，床墊也比較硬。民宿沒有電梯，我們中午到的時候比較熱，提着行李帶着孩子沒有任何人出來搭把手之類的，態度很冷漠。沒有早餐，民宿自己不做，中餐和晚餐有，但是價格比較貴，味道一般。性價比不高。

衞生：被子上有異物，衞生間洗手池都生銹了
服務：家庭作坊，管理混亂，找不到負責人。點了餅，一會兒説有，一會兒説沒有，有人説去買了，有人説買不到了。點菜等了一個多小時菜才上齊。
關於食物價格，這份絲瓜雞蛋湯60元。
環境：交通不方便，從縣道進去是單行道沒辦法會車。
自駕去信陽旅遊的還是比較推薦住市區。
