今年實在太熱了，雞公山可能是離我最近的避暑之地了。定了兩天的酒店打算過個涼快的週末。酒店地理位置很好，旁邊有個大停車場，自駕可以一直開到酒店旁，很方便。酒店離南街很近，步行3分鐘就到。設施很新也很齊全，前台也很熱情。本來一切都挺好，我也打算打個全五星了，直到第二天晚上看完日落吃完飯回到酒店，發現空調壞了，打電話到前台，服務員來的倒是很快，調了一下發現不是我不會操作，確實是空調壞了不製冷，然後説維修人員下班了，第二天來修，可是，我這晚上咋過呢？好吧，維修人員下班可以理解，我也不是那種不講道理的人，我提議能不能弄個電扇將就一下，畢竟雞公山半夜後也不熱，湊合下也能睡，小哥一句話，沒有電扇，然後就關上門走了。這個。。。。沒辦法，我衹能開着門，畢竟走廊比房間還涼快，我也是走廊最裡麪的房間，也不會太幹擾別人。所以，這服務我衹能給2分了。

酒店是新裝修的，房間設施齊全，服務員熱情周到，周邊環境也不錯，唯一不足是辦理入住比較麻煩，不過退房還較方便。

酒店服務特別好，房間乾淨裝修也不錯。就是建議多配一個低一點的枕頭，定了7間房12個人都反應枕頭太高睡着不舒服。還有房間沒有配抽紙不太方便。希望改善！
