住的房間很滿意，很大，有空間，不感覺擁擠，吹風機很好用，是飛科牌子的洗漱用品，堪比家用，用起來不錯。房間衞生也還可以，衞生間是乾濕分離的，房間裏還有一股淡淡的香味。前台服務圓非常好，非常熱情。

來信陽出差選的酒店住得很滿意，當地特產是信陽毛尖，早餐是信陽特色熱乾麪。九宮格的酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨，視野不錯，位置很好，離天潤廣場很近，前台服務圓熱情度高，掉了什麼東西也會及時聯繫告知。
