鐵路商務酒店房間配備齊全，空調效果好。衞生乾淨，地處信陽繁華地點，靠近火車站。交通方便，酒店周邊餐飲小吃眾多。早晨還有集市。酒店服務熱情周到，尤其是前台小鄧服務熱情大方給人以賓至如歸的感覺。是一次不錯的居住。

酒店位置很好，出行方便衞生很乾凈，很舒服，環境不錯，酒店整體裝修風格，很温馨，周邊有很多小吃景點，性價比很高，距離火車站很近，一次性的馬桶墊浴巾毛巾很乾凈，很放心

酒店位置很好找，在老城區生活上很方便，交通也很方便，門口有公交站牌，去景區坐公交非常方便，酒店的工作人員態度都很主動，熱情很暖心，關鍵是這家酒店性價比很高，酒店前台服務非常好，還免費給我們升級了房，是站在客人的角度去考慮問題，房間的衞生乾淨整潔，床鋪很舒服
