客房衞生做的很乾凈，酒店環境不錯，客房用品齊全，毛巾被子也都很乾凈，住着很安心，出差旅遊入住必選酒店整體裝修風格很温馨，設施設備都很齊全，房間乾淨整潔，床也很舒服，上網速度超快。前台霞姐服務態度非常親切，熱情且周到，給人賓至如歸的感覺。酒店地理位置也很好門口就有公交站牌和共享電動車，出行很方便，酒店的免費停車場也很大。

房間設施設備較為完善就是有點陳舊，衞生需要再改進，晚上走廊很吵。不過交通優勢突出方便，樓下就是公交車站和超市，周邊美食早點小吃都有，離火車站很近！前台服務熱情態度很好！

5分好評！酒店位置太贊，步行5分鐘到地鐵口，周邊美食多。房間乾淨敞亮，床品親膚，隔音效果好，晚上睡得特別安穩。前台服務熱情高效，辦理入住秒速完成，還貼心告知周邊遊玩攻略。
這次入住體驗超棒！房間設施新，每天客房阿姨都會補滿礦泉水，還悄悄把我們隨手放的行李歸置整齊。早餐種類豐富，現煮餛飩味道正宗。從進門的迎賓茶到離店的送別禮，處處是用心，強烈推薦給大家！

鐵路商務酒店房間配備齊全，空調效果好。衞生乾淨，地處信陽繁華地點，靠近火車站。交通方便，酒店周邊餐飲小吃眾多。早晨還有集市。酒店服務熱情周到，尤其是前台小鄧服務熱情大方給人以賓至如歸的感覺。是一次不錯的居住。
