The friendly staff are willing to solve any problem you may have, and the room is voice-controlled. It was truly an outstanding experience staying at this hotel during my trip to Xinyang.

The hotel is very clean and the front desk is very helpful. The robot send needed stuff to room is fantastic! The breakfast has many choices and delicious. Will stay the same hotel in the future

設施可以，行李太多，所以連住三晚。
前台服務中規中矩,沒有情感和服務亮點，或高端酒店該有的接待用語，細節衞生差遠了（如圖）
酒店中層有傳媒公司，流動人員大，電梯一直運行狀態，夜晚的走廊非常吵鬧。

房間入住的非常滿意前台小姐姐服務熱情❤️ 辦理入住很快 水果很新鮮好吃😋 七樓洗衣房非常方便 停車場也比較大 地面地下都有 地理位置好出行也非常方便 前台還有免費的菊花茶 晚上還有夜宵小餛飩 小餛飩非常好吃😋 房間裏的牛奶零食都是免費的

前幾天和家人去信陽玩，住了聖達酒店，體驗真的挺不錯的。酒店位置挺好找的，離火車站不算遠，周邊吃飯逛街也方便。一進大堂感覺挺敞亮的，裝修不算特別華麗，但乾淨整潔，讓人看着舒服。

住得很舒心！這次來信陽辦事選擇了聖達酒店，體驗超出預期。位置相當便利，離辦事地點和市中心都不遠，周邊吃飯購物也方便。前台接待很熱情，辦理入住迅速。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，隔音效果也不錯，晚上休息得很好。早餐品種雖然不算特別多，但口味家常可口，熱乎的粉面粥都有，能吃飽吃好。整體來説，性價比很高，服務貼心，下次來還會考慮住這裏！
