非常糟糕的服務，定的鐘點房到晚上十點退房，六點入住的時候就開始暗示阿姨晚上要下班沒時間打掃不能二次售賣，休息到九點多還打電話不停催促我退房，既然要把房間掛出來賣，又想要一天賣兩道，真的是吃相難看，前台的三個員工女士，也非常的服務態度不好，入住的時候各種不耐煩，非常不推薦！最基本的禮貌還有待人處事都不會，真的是非常下頭

設施齊全，我第一次用手機投影看了部電影。淋雨水壓大，洗澡比較舒服，馬桶是加熱的，坐上去很舒服，有小冰箱，免費的飲用水和飲料，房間裏還配了雨傘，方便雨天出行，唯一缺點就是沒有掛衣服的地方。早餐也比較豐富，服務熱情，交通方便，離高鐵站幾分鐘車程。

全季酒店真的不錯，房間大，床也舒服，早餐比較有地方特色，辦理入住和退房都比較神速，而且提供高鐵站接送服務，已經多次入住了，下次到信陽繼續選擇這家酒店。

酒店的位置很棒，離高鐵站1.5公里，步行或者打車一會就到了很方便。前台的姐姐服務很貼心，諮詢時候很熱情。房間裏面總體風格是簡約型的，足夠寬敞，有冰箱可以喝點東西，夜晚休息較為安靜，價格也比較親民。

房間隔音好差，接送站服務很好，自助早餐也還不錯，但是這個酒店和另外一個酒店是在同一棟樓。就兩個電梯，電梯好慢。

總體感覺不錯，出行總是選擇當地的全季或者亞朵。最亮眼的是早上10點多就讓辦入住了，解決了我不少麻煩，超級贊，第一次遇到能住超過24小時的酒店（不用額外費用），另外接機服務也很好，到電梯口接的。
