酒店非常老舊，標榜的五星？我呵呵了，連全季，維也納都比不上。浴缸外沿瓷磚破裂未修繕，馬桶旁邊抽紙桶的軸桿都是壞的！窗台全部是灰，一擦都是黑的！前台服務態度一般，沒有表情，也許是生意太好了，人家不差你一個客人。房間有股難聞的味道，一直沒法入睡，後來發現，就是枕頭有腳臭加那種發酵的腐臭味。我的天，把枕頭挪開，才能勉強入睡。窗簾衹有一層遮光簾，沒有內襯紗簾，一拉上看不到外面日月，不喜歡這種感覺。反正不會再來住，四百多的房價真心不值！！！

一進樓層就能聞到黴味，房間洗澡間的牆面上都是黴，床頭用紙擦了下都是灰，衞生狀況實在讓人不能理解為什麼這麼差

個人覺得是信陽的温德姆酒店雖然沒有掛星，但性價比超高，親子度假選擇這裏性價比超高，早餐非常好👍略低於掛牌五星的自助早餐，但絕對超值。床也很舒服，睡覺很安靜，前台幫我們做了房間升級。感謝！整趟旅行中體驗感最好的一次住宿。
