預訂溫泉別墅雙床私湯房，但入住時間巳下午3時房間還未有準備好給客人入住！前堂女職員對客人說聲不好意思也沒有！也沒有對客人作出任何跟進事件態度！祇說『房間未有準備好要等10分鐘左右才有房』！也沒有解釋酒店設施給客人知道！温泉在那裡連早餐時間也沒有提及！以此等星級温泉酒店工作人員對客人入住服務態度是不可接受！早餐地點位於温泉大樓入面對於住在温泉別墅住客人來講是非常不方便！要行一大段上下斜坡路才可以吃到早餐！ 服务：有待改進

温泉別墅房間夠大了，有50方，很滿意，私泉很方便，對着公區，稍微不私密，再有就是別墅區離大堂有點距離，裏面不相通。酒店送的皇帝柑好甜，還送了茶葉，大堂有特產買，價錢合適，早餐也不錯，菜品再增加一些就更好，酒店中餐廳的黑豆腐很驚艷。下次還會去。

很滿意的一次出行！ 已經住過好多次了，這次前台小姐姐給我們免費升級了房間，房間面積非常大，總體也很乾凈

離國恩寺很近，酒店乾淨衞生整潔，房間有獨立泡池，設施齊全，公共温泉區也很大。

酒店雖舊，但乾淨利索，房間也挺大的。温泉要走到別墅區泡，走路幾百米就到了。送了象窩山的門票和雙程索道，確實是山咖啦，是天然氧吧，還是值得去走一走的，索道也不錯，不是那種二三分鐘就到底的。

從佛山過來泡温泉，這個酒店還是挺不錯的，獨立花園温泉，環境優美，住一天，泡了幾次，皮膚滑滑的，房間還有大桶的山泉水，特別適合我泡茶泡咖啡。晚餐那些得出去吃，**品種特別少。早餐配套也比較齊全，味道也都挺好的。周邊遊玩的景色也很喜歡。反正挺滿意，值得推薦。
