房間很舒服，特別是陽台的泡池，很大很寬敞，躺椅也很舒服，床品很好，睡得很舒服，孩子直接不想走，白天有民族舞蹈表演，晚上還有篝火晚會，再續住了一天，前台楊楊小美女服務態度一流，有問必答，還貼心提醒我們行程要注意的問題，給她一個大大的贊！下次想泡温泉，首選這裏！

在天露山最高的位置，房間陽台可以看到玻璃橋、梅溪小鎮，空氣清新，含氧高。酒店服務人員態度好，房間中式設計，禪意裝修，温泉水很滑。早餐不過不失。但等候接駁車的時間太長，建議增加人手。

悠悠山谷，風景宜人！遊樂設施齊全，娛樂項目豐富！小火車坐了，玻璃橋走了，青梅園逛了，滿眼綠色，空氣清新！酒店衞生乾淨，服務人員熱情有禮，有問必答，早餐有特色，尤其新興米粉好吃！

酒店所在的天露山內景觀最好的區域，房間陽台對着玻璃橋，樓下就是梅溪小鎮，吃住都很方便，晚上在房間泡温泉，還可以直接叫小鎮的飯店送上房間，非常方便。前台服務熱情，定票啥的。都很方便。唯一缺點，酒店配的早餐就一般了。

衝著枕頭的舒適度就得給好評，不是軟塌塌的而是乳膠枕，休息得非常好！天露山空氣清新，雖然年份舊但設施還是保養得不錯，配套玩樂項目也多，足夠山上浪足兩天，完全不需要外出找樂子，輕鬆親子游的好選擇！

陽台泡池環境不錯😊可以看到玻璃橋，早餐較好，離酒店有一定距離。設施有點舊，小於 1米的小孩機動項目玩的不合算。環山小火車和佛手拈花就在無憂谷酒店旁邊斜上方100米。

很喜歡這間酒店的風格，古色古香，但房間內的設施不會感覺塵舊。度假區內的遊樂設施很多，但因為天氣關係很多設施未能玩到，例如漂流。前台亦都很樂意解答及解決你的查詢，雖然有項目需要自費，但亦無阻對這間酒店的良好感覺。
