房間衞生整潔無異味乾淨衞生空間寬敞，接待的姐姐好笑容熱情，交通又方便，環境好，已經是第二次入住了，每次出差過來都住這酒店，很好，下次有同事一起過來出差也介紹這裏住，新興酒店很多的，但是住了這一家酒店之後其他酒店不想去，最重要價格非常優惠

潮人坊公寓大門口很大，很容易找，首層休閑區綠化好，像個小公園。觀光電梯直達房間，方便。接待人員熱情有禮，剛入到接待室，工作人員就上遞上一杯熱茶，感覺很是温暖。
房間日常設施齊全，佈局合理，床墊軟硬適中，睡覺很舒適，整體感覺乾淨衞生、安全、温馨。
樓下地方特色小食很多，距離廟街也很近，步行三分鐘就到，值得向親朋推薦選擇入住潮人坊公寓。

朋友過來玩，她説住得非常滿意好舒服，酒店房間非常乾淨，工作人員親切感非常好服務也非常到位。很細節。地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適衞生好乾凈，酒店鬧中取靜，不會嘈雜。房間空間大，洗浴設備不錯，隔音超好床也很舒服，還有洗衣機沙發等等設備齊全棒棒噠

因為颱風無車返香港臨時要住多一晚，立即幫我重新打理清潔房間，連住3晚一隻蚊蟲都沒有真的太好，好過好多日本韓國馬來西亞的大型酒店，實在要讚！同佢反映了廁所因冷氣喉去水位駁去廁所門口實在不好，已立即回應會更改喉管實在太好！自己帶一次性床單毛巾！

出來新興玩的去了，泡温泉，然後回市區逛了這個公園，很好看，酒店距離這個公園1km左右，挺近的，廟街也轉了，這店有街中間，周邊吃的很多，還有自己停車場很方便免費的，安靜不會吵nice
