Facilities: The room is quite smart and the fragrance is good, like a big hotel
Hygiene: clean and no smell
Environment: The environment and location are very good. There is a Chaoshan beef restaurant not far away. It is really delicious.
Service: Service attitude is very good
The breakfast downstairs is also super delicious

I booked a total of 5 rooms. They were supposed to be the same, but I got one with no windows. The other one was extremely noisy. It was just under the air conditioner. Although the one facing the road was noisy, at least it had a window.

The room environment is okay, but there are some equipments on the third floor, similar to central air conditioners. They start to sound at 5 or 6 o'clock. The sound is so loud that I can't sleep. It affects my mood and sleep!

First of all, it is very clean. All the equipment, facilities and appliances are very new. However, the decoration of the room is very strong. The sound insulation of the room door is not very good. The sound of the corridor is basically not soundproof. The water heater is hot and cold but not too outrageous.

春節好難訂到雙床房，只有這家有。到店比預期好，好大，衞生乾淨，床墊好舒服，有智能馬桶，比連鎖酒店好。服務態度好。過年送的早餐卷，變成代金卷，使用方式飲早茶👍平日原來好抵住，便宜一半不止🤭不是泡温泉可以試下。不過樓下是自家酒樓，隔離是KTV

酒店地理位置不錯，對面馬路就有商場，自駕到東街大約6分鐘，到國恩寺大約20至30分鐘，可能由於新年期間，會較塞車。
酒店翻新後，房間設施乾淨，浴室花灑水力夠。收拾房間的姨姨亦非常有禮貌。
至於早餐，可能是新年關係？沒有自助早餐，換了每間房60元的早餐劵到二樓吃中式點心。兩大兩小茶位再加兩至三籠點心已經差不多60元了，所以早餐基本是要另外再補錢的。但味道⋯（第二天就到外面吃了）
整體酒店硬件設施（地理環境，房間整潔）是可以的，但可能由於新年關係，房間爆滿，前台接待稍為遜色。希望硬件提升得來，員工服務也能提升，畢竟前台接待是客人第一步了解酒店的服務。
