I have stayed in so many hotels, but this is the first hotel I want to comment on. It was very comfortable as soon as I walked in. The receptionist was generous, gentle and provided excellent service. When I got to the room, the environment was clean and tidy, with plenty of light and a wide view. The examination hall happened to be nearby. I didn't expect to find such a treasure hotel. It was new in 2023. The room facilities and equipment were also complete, with tea bags. The big bed was moderately soft and comfortable. The breakfast restaurant tasted good too. It made me feel very comfortable. It is a treasure hotel worth experiencing.

住宿環境可以！雖然像是老賓館了，但是地方真的很大！房間也蠻乾淨的，停車也方便，衹是部分設施比較陳舊，總體體驗還不錯

The room is clean and tidy, the service and facilities are great, the front desk staff is very nice, and the room is equipped with various mobile phone charging cables. Since I arrived at the hotel at 8pm in a hurry, the hotel actually has free dinner (18:30-21:30) which is very nice It's a surprise, free coffee drinks and snacks in the lobby bar, free cans of Coke, Sprite, tea bags and candies in the room. It's the best all-season stay I've ever had. Unfortunately no photos were taken.

The hotel is a separate building with import and export access control and the parking lot inside is very large. The environment is in the center of the city, but surrounded by parks, opposite the core location such as the city government.

Maybe it's because I've stayed at Kaiyuan Hotel many times, but this time I feel that the Kaiyuan in Xinxiang is not so good. I looked at the room before checking in and it felt okay. When I checked in, the waiter said that I was upgraded, but after checking in, I felt that the room was not as spacious as the one I saw before checking in. I felt cheated. The room was average and the facilities were a bit old. The price of a five-star hotel, the conditions of a three-star hotel, after all, it is called a five-star hotel, and it still feels a bit grand. The service is okay, the waiter who sent the welcome fruit was very enthusiastic, thumbs up. After checking out, he called back and asked me to give a five-star review. I didn't feel embarrassed to refuse. I'm really sorry. I hope I will give a five-star review after your hotel is upgraded.

The only fly in the ointment is that the elevator waiting time is slightly longer during the peak period, but overall the price is very high, and I will choose here next time I travel or travel.
