The hotel is not far from Xiaopang. It's about 800-900 meters on foot. During the walk, we also passed by a delicious Roujiamo restaurant. There is a parking lot in the courtyard and the security is very responsible. Four-star standard, complete hardware facilities, and a very new atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable. very satisfied.

酒店地理位置好，在新鄉的繁華路段，前台服務人員態度好，服務到位，前台有一位年輕的李先生很專業，介紹了周邊的特色小吃， 還免費升級了房型。離店車被堵了出不來，協調的也很及時。總之，體驗感不錯。

設施：很完善，維護的也很好。就是停車位太少了，人多的時候不太好停車。
衞生：很滿意，床品乾淨整潔，屋裡也沒看到任何不乾淨的地方，毛巾也是消毒過後用一次性袋子封起來的。

新鄉給人的感覺很親切，人民很熱情，人文歷史也很悠久，可以説不虛此行。最近一年到過“老家河南”的許多地方，鄭州、開封、洛陽、安陽、新鄉，唯一不佳的體驗就是入住新鄉賓館，入住兩天觀察到該酒店已經超出了自身接待能力，停車場管理混亂，入住客人的車都停不進去，雖然給報銷在外停車的費用，但是一大家子人帶着行李需要跑很遠。第一天入住把車停在了隔壁商場，第二天看到有了空車位，就去商場把車開了過來，可是車開進來後遇到了人肉佔車位的一對長者，蠻不講理，我車就在車位這裏不讓停，讓留給他們還沒進來的車，本人據理力爭，結果這倆長者還罵人，停車場管理員就在旁邊看熱鬧，無動於衷。反映給攜程，酒店敷衍似的打了個電話問了下車停進來沒有，然後就沒有然後了。大過年的遇見垃圾人，惹了一肚子氣，這是我唯一沒有打滿分的酒店，設施和環境都能克服，不吹毛求疵，但嚴謹的管理和服務會讓人的感覺更加深刻。

設備設施陳舊。周邊商圈多，吃飯逛街方便。靠近胖東來的兩個店。有自己的停車場，不過夜間停車應該考慮到第二天早起的客人，不應該阻擋車位上的車，叫人挪車，都是需要時間的。服務態度挺好的。

老酒店了，環境喝設施都不行，洗手間很小，兩個人都轉不開身，🛏️很軟，很不舒服。自助早餐更不好，7點多下去吃飯，飯菜已經都不熱了，品種少，味道也不怎麼樣……

酒店設施有些陳舊。停車場看着很大，但是節假日很難停進去，是幾家共用的。早餐體驗很不好，早早就收了，不給吃了。這個態度和制度在別的地方看不到。
