Ji Hotel (Xinxiang Municipal Government Store)

The overall experience is average. There was no food in the morning and it took a long time to get some.

The room is clean and tidy, the service and facilities are great, the front desk staff is very nice, and the room is equipped with various mobile phone charging cables. Since I arrived at the hotel at 8pm in a hurry, the hotel actually has free dinner (18:30-21:30) which is very nice It's a surprise, free coffee drinks and snacks in the lobby bar, free cans of Coke, Sprite, tea bags and candies in the room. It's the best all-season stay I've ever had. Unfortunately no photos were taken.

The service was very poor. I drove here. Because it was a new car without a license plate, I needed to call the hotel in advance when entering. I called in advance several times when I came in and out. The second time, the door wouldn't open. A security guard came over and directly informed me that he wanted to charge me. He also had a bad attitude. I called twice and finally the door was released. After entering, the front desk and I asked the security guard to apologize, and the front desk explained that the security guard was off duty. I said: I will pay him 100 yuan and let him take a taxi. All he needs to do is apologize. In the end, the hotel had no results. I had a lot to do that day and originally wanted to check out and go to the hotel next door. It is recommended not to stay in this hotel again.
