The service was very good, despite it being a busy period of time in peak travel period. Also, there were a lot of weddings happening in the area, so there was some nice from other guests, but this was in no way the fault of the hotel itsself. The bath was good, but slow to fill and the jacuzzi mode didn't work, but I still had an enjoyable soak. The room itsself was nice but a little sloppy in some decoration. The bed was comfortable and I slept well, despite the firecrackers the next morning by the other hotel guests in celebration of the weddings. The morning breakfast was adequate without being exceptional. I would have preferred a better coffee, than just the sweet one provided but that is my own personal preference. Overall, I had an enjoyable time at the hotel in Xinxiang.

The hotel's service awareness is too poor. The promised midnight snack was not provided. There was not enough water in the room. Xu needed to add water and was asked to receive it separately. The room facilities are too old.

這是我在攜程上訂這麼多酒店最差的一次，不知道為啥攜程給4.8分的評分
衞生：衞生特別差，我們一進屋就一股難聞的味道，服務員説剛退房的原因，地上濕噠噠的。馬桶上我用濕巾擦了一下又黃又黑，智能馬桶的沖水量特別小，都沖不乾淨，床邊有個地毯上面污漬滿滿，我坐上床上就打噴嚏和咳嗽，玻璃和電梯上就更別提了。
服務：我們五個人定了兩間房多要了兩瓶順，服務員説多一瓶就要收費，住了這麼多酒店第一次遇到這種情況，等我再要水根本就不給了。
環境：周圍根本沒吃吃飯的地方和超市
攜程積分明明説可以免費升級房間的我也和前台説要升級，但人家根本沒搭理我

房間超大，環境優美，窗下的錦鯉池一幅歲月靜好，整個酒店地處清凈的園區內部，園內亭台樓閣，悠然自得，綠意盎然🏡🏡幾點小建議，拱形門如果可以家裝窗簾，睡覺時候可能更有安全感，另一個就是吹風機歷史太悠久了，該換新款了🤨🤨

不錯，環境很好，還有湖，也挺乾淨，房間大。古色古香的建築，挺新的，就是不太好找，需要繞過前面的湯泉才能到，確實在後面安靜，還有門打開。
