縵居與開元是一家，酒店坐北朝南，佈局正統、規範，門口敞亮，正對公園；大廳豪華大氣 ，房間寬敞明亮，服務周到，設施雖稍顯陳舊但乾淨好用！早餐中西餐都有且豐富可口！

房間很臟，垃圾沒有清理乾淨。
晚上很吵很吵很吵，一直有人唱k，持續到凌晨1.2點左右。
設施很久，辦理入住時前台沒有人，電話聯繫才知道要去另一個地方辦理，但沒有任何指示牌。

很不錯，和開元酒店是一個大門，用二星的價格買了五星的酒店標準，早餐也很不錯，果斷幫朋友又定了一間，感覺賺了，哈哈

淋浴間牆壁發黴，毛巾有異味且潮濕未更換，地面濕滑。走廊、電梯間有異味， 垃圾桶未及時清理，公共洗手間地面濕滑

酒店是單獨的建築，有進出口門禁，裏面停車場非常大。環境在市區的中心位置，但是周圍公園環繞，對面就是市政府等核心位置

不滿意，酒店一開始找好久找不到，打電話沒人接，後來問才知道實在旁邊那個酒店辦理。定了兩間房，其中一間各自用灰暗來形容。
服務0分，打2個電話説送個牙刷和拖鞋，知道第二天退房都沒給送。
