前台人員服務很好很有禮貌，他們的配合很好，我不小心把他們的插座弄壞了，給前台打電話一説插座問題她們的工作人員很快就過來解決了，贊👍🏻一個，客房大姐打掃完衞生很有禮貌幫我帶上門，還給我講解她們很火胖東來，説酒店有電動車，真的很好，下次還會再來的，酒店有六項免費很好，

來新鄉玩入住這邊的 環境很好，客房挺乾淨的，前台服務員小姐姐很有禮貌，因為我們想去胖東來，貼心給我們介紹了直達的公交車，酒店門口就有很方便，還可以延遲到下午5.00退房，比較不錯。晚上有簡單的夜宵，味道還可以。

荷塘月色值得推薦的酒店，之前去過一次，這次意外的驚喜收到酒店的人員給我們送的小禮品和小卡片，而且衞生也非常乾淨，前台人員的服務也很熱情，樓層打掃衞生大姐也很有禮貌，推着車可能準備下去了，看到我們在主動給我們讓電梯[強]，退房的時候前台人員很熱情的問開車了嗎？出去記得掃碼，太贊啦[強]，下次來還住荷塘月色酒店
