這次體驗感超級差，最開始跟前台説，跟同行的人一起安排在六樓，前台説可以會給我預留。等下午過去的時候前台換班根本沒有預留，最後安排在10樓，結果5點不到就被叮叮咚咚的聲音吵醒，樓上居然是他們的廚房！簡直崩潰！！打電話到前台反映，根本沒有用，依然吵，服務非常差！沒想到皇庭的服務淪落到如此地步！
