酒店雖然時間有點兒久，但設施維護的還不錯，而且房間温度也非常好（冬天室內27度）。總體感覺不錯，衹是服務員過於死板，不夠變通靈活，跟顧客會有一些小沖突。不算是大問題吧。

住的南樓，看評論很擔心設施問題。結果很出乎意料，傢俱是沒那麼新，但是衞生情況非常棒，房間裏是木地板，牆面是硬包，都非常新。個人非常不喜歡地毯，總覺得不乾淨，地板深得我心。自助及早餐更不必説了，非常豐富。

新泰榮峯國際飯店雖然是2006年的飯店，擔心裏面的設施環境會很陳舊，結果進房間後一看，還是很滿意的，一點也不陳舊，設施環境衞生都不錯，早餐也很豐富，停車也方便，有地上和地下大停車場

主樓房間還不錯，早餐品種豐富，但是9點後就不剩什麼了，而且拒絕再加，帶小孩非常困難，起的晚，9點後下來吃飯，已經沒啥剩下了！海皇自助餐廳的餐真的衹值70多，品種雖然多，全都是雜牌和下腳料，不新鮮，建議住客去點菜，衞生條件差，服務員少，根本忙不過來，態度也不怎麼樣

南樓畢竟是老樓了，拋開設施環境怎麼樣不説，單單房間內桌子和椅子的不配套性就已經讓人相當不舒服了，坐在椅子上後桌子明顯矮一截，如果想辦個公什麼的，別提多難受，期待管理人員能切身感受一下，進行合理的佈置改善。
