維也納國際酒店在連鎖快捷裏面性價比還是很高的，裝修大氣內部乾淨衞生。門口不遠有條河，早上起來跑個步，就是位置有點偏，配套設施沒跟上，健身房沒有，洗衣房有點陋，整體還可以，衹能系統還不錯，服務還可以

維也納國際酒店（新邵店）真的超讚！房間舒適，服務一流。
特別要表揚前台黃經理，無論什麼問題都能迅速解決，態度超級好。樓層服務人員也特別親切。感覺這裏不僅是個住宿的地方，更像是個温暖的家外之家。下次來這個城市，我一定還會選擇這裏。五星推薦！

首先作為縣城來説價格不低（300多1晚上）（據説貧困縣城）第一間房間，燈光壞的，換了第二間房（智能家居壞的，馬桶也是堵的，我上了一次大廁，直接堵了），吹風機也是燒壞的，有安全隱患，慌的**！再説預訂的時候説是江景房，其實是農田房，妥妥的騙，平台沒做任何把控！嚇得我趕緊半夜退房！**定了房！

選的臨街房間，看窗外十字路口車流滾滾，臨近春節堵成長龍好不熱鬧。
前台兩位小姐姐服務態度很好，形象氣質俱佳，賞心悦目。
免費提供排骨玉米湯，讓三歲小孩大快朵頤！

每次回家探親都會住維也納國際酒店（邵陽新邵店），酒店在邵陽新邵是最好的設施、衞生、環境和服務，尤其是前台服務特別貼心，讓人有賓至如歸的温馨感覺，很舒服、很滿意！

酒店離灣田廣場不遠，房間裏面有智能控制，馬桶加熱，周邊沒有嘈雜的鬧區，比較安靜，工作人員也很熱情，總體很喜歡，下次回鄉下繼續支持

酒店外觀設計大氣漂亮，大堂寬敞明亮佈局合理，走廊裏明亮舒適，客房內乾淨整潔，床單被罩枕頭衞生潔凈，洗漱用品齊全，並細緻入微的在桌子上放了8顆迎賓糖和一小袋武夷山茶葉（在小茶具裏），早餐豐富可口，老少皆宜，餐廳服務員態度挺好。地上地下都可停車，車位不緊張，隨時可以使用，地下車庫不錯，車位間隔大，可放大型越野車。大堂接待小姐姐言語態度挺好，服務細緻，但需加強標準化微笑服務。總之，該店硬件設施不錯，如能加強軟件標準化服務，就可再加星了。
