還可以吧，春節期間去的，310的房價，沒有想象當中的那麼吵，地理位置太佔優勢啦！就在廣場旁邊，周邊很熱鬧，停車就在樓下後院，很方便！值得推薦！下次去還會選擇！

房間很小，白天走廊的燈不是常亮的，是感應燈，走廊黑乎乎的，周邊有個大廣場，附近沒什麼好吃的，總體一般

房間和KTV在一棟，別説有隔音，可以清清楚楚的聽見歡呼聲和歌詞，聲音震的地板都有感覺，我錄音了。入住之前並沒有提示過，後來居然説提前告訴過和KTV在一起，怎麼著，提前告訴過我，我還住？我閑得慌？如此差的入住體驗，聯繫前台連一句抱歉都沒有！服務素養極差！酒店KTV開在一起，更是行業道德底線都沒有！知道噪音擾民嗎？懂法嗎？要換房間沒有，不住了房費不給退，不去解決噪音問題，還告訴我KTV 一點就關門了，意思讓我等到1點再睡？你們前台*******、話術真是堪憂，最後聯繫平台介入，才解決了一部分問題，我們半夜退房重新找酒店住，去過那麼多地方還是第一次遇到這種奇葩人、奇葩事，所有錄音錄像均保存於手機上，不排除向12315、旅遊主管部門、以及其他政務平台舉報投訴的維權方式。

優點：設施先進齊全、環境不錯，隔音很好、房間入住很舒服
缺點：衞生間那沒有門建議裝個門，不裝門您可以貼個磨砂的膜，不然兩個的話真的會很尷尬，真不知道你們這個設計師怎麼想的，坐馬桶上能看到床上躺着人、兩人相互對視嗎、洗澡更不用説了。建議貼個膜要麼裝個門

酒店位置不錯，毗鄰鳳凰廣場，房間很大，設施也不錯，窗外視野也挺好～但是！但是！酒店在四樓，KTV在二樓，隔音不好，穿透音一直在耳邊縈繞，越夜越安靜唱者的歌聲顯得越清晰，於是跟着一首首哼唱到深夜兩點才入睡！清晨七點半又在高亢的廣場舞音浪中被叫醒～～這一夜休息的主打一個頭昏腦脹！排除這些外在因素酒店本身是不錯的，100多塊的房價性價比很高啦！但如果你睡眠不是很強勁的那種，真心不推薦！
