Service: The only shortcoming is that there are no shower shoes in the room. I called the waiter and they were not willing to provide them at first. They kept saying that there were anti-slip mats in the room instead of providing them immediately. They only provided them after my repeated requests.

酒店真的很高大上，硬件設施設備都還不錯，衞生乾淨整潔，停車地庫很大，非常適合自駕出遊，智能馬桶也很舒適，酒店距景區不到6公里，也很方便，這些都是好的方面…。不足和需要改進的地方是早餐，品種太少，與酒店的高大上非常不匹配，而且菜品和主食保温差，取餐後吃的時候基本都涼了，吃的很不舒服…，關鍵是與隔壁餐廳兩岸交流團的水準相比，能相差出五條街，大陸以外人們的自豪感估計都是這麼慣出來的，因為兩個餐廳緊挨着，情形一目瞭然，比較傷自尊，希望能改進…
