服務和餐飲是兩個特色，窗外便是新建成的補天閣。餐廳不小，菜品種類多，味道好現做。價格不高，但質量高。沒有開車來的也無須擔心，説出需求，客棧會安排接送。上面也很好打車。設施齊全，房間整潔，反正花了錢，缺什麼説什麼，都給安排。早餐也不錯。

早餐寫的8點到9點，入住的時候説天冷早餐8.30再起來吃。我們8:30起來吃早餐，衹有包子，炸饃片，雞蛋和小米粥，包子衹有6個，我們三口人，第一次拿了三個，沒有吃飽。拿第二次的時候做早餐的大姐就説一共才6個包子你都拿完了，我説這不是自助早餐嗎？炒菜也沒有，包子還定量嗎？那你讓我吃啥？三口人一人倆包子過分嗎？那個大姐還喋喋不休。我真的無了個大語，不知道怎麼形容自己的心情，後來廚師來了炒了個白菜豆腐，我也不敢多吃了。如果不想做早餐服務可以寫清楚，我會換家酒店。而不是入住之後又這樣。

週末去伏羲山很多都滿房了，挑選了上次住的山生有杏旁邊的嚶嚶，很大的院落，整體環境不錯，門口的路寬，對面有草坪，適合野炊。房型中規中矩，可能房間有點久了，有點略陳舊，兩張1.5床，設施簡單，但畢竟價位相對中等，該有的也都有。還算可以吧。

差到讓人意外先説房間:窗户被遊客接待中心屋脊擋住了。室內簡陋房間關門後門縫兒超大路過的人能輕鬆看清楚裏面，晚上為了遮擋門縫專門在車上找了舊雨衣掛上。再説晚飯:味道本身沒太大期待也就不討論了，但是菜都是半熱，回鍋肉的肥肉部分都是白的跟沒加熱一個顏色，吃完夜裡腸絞痛拉肚子拉到衹有水最後找前台要了諾氟沙星才止住。早飯都是素菜味道還是可以的）拿到房卡後要求過換房被住滿為由給拒絕了經常出去玩的人住到這種房間有種中獎的感覺性價比差

和朋友一家一起去的，給朋友的房間卡打開門桌子廁所都是垃圾還沒收拾。我們的房間廁所還有尿液沒有清理，我去找前台時，晚上10點竟然沒有人了，找不到任何人。洗浴水龍頭粘糊糊的好像就沒人打掃過。是不是每次換顧客都衹是換個被套？？？

沒有電梯。樓不高，但是一開始沒熱水，找了後有了，也很小水流，洗澡非常不爽。馬桶的上水還壞了。除這些不開心，其他都好。房間比較新，設施也全。自己的酒店廚師很棒，吃了兩頓都很滿意。周邊景色很美，清幽，大有世外桃源。
