房間沒有空調沒有地暖！很冷，晚上睡覺冷到抽筋。房間沒有吹風機，下去樓下找人送上來。洗了頭非常冷，等了一會沒送，就從平台打過去，問她吹風機什麼時候送！服務員就大吼“不是説一會兒送上來嗎？説了送不了就是送不了”把我都吼蒙了。然後終於吹風機送上來，一個功率很小的吹風機，大冷天根本吹不出熱風！！！重點是：服務員送吹風機進來的時候，不敲門直接刷房卡開門放進來。等到睡覺的時候，被子上大面積大塊黑色臟東西，我都懶得打電話找人換了

酒店的環境真的很棒，每個角落都透露出專業和用心。
酒店的服務態度真的沒話説，叫醒服務準時又貼心，希望繼續保持。
出行很方便，步行幾分鐘就到新龍格薩爾廣場最熱鬧的地方。
停車也很方便，門口或者房子背後都可以停車。

第二次評價，第一次差評，帶娃讓加倆枕頭，回覆説客滿賓館沒有備用枕頭，馬桶和衞生間地面沿着玻璃洗手枱下面一層半老不新的黃垢（衞生不到位），半夜倆娃洗澡後沒熱水了，要等電熱水器再燒，很慢，最後等了十幾分鍾才提高了3度到26度，忍着沒洗.
川西十來天，最差體驗，當然也衹有220一晚，
還是希望店家提高服務意識，生意興隆
