我們是晚上11點多入住的，跟我們一起辦入住的還有一位客人，前台的服務員已經在床上睡著了，被叫醒很生氣，陰着臉，本來長得就跟4星級酒店不搭邊，面容變得更加*陋。第一次見酒店前台在摺疊床上睡覺的，還不到12點。然後非常沒有素質地説“交200按金”，直呼姓名拍照。老公很生氣，要投訴，她很輕蔑地説，去吧那邊有電話。住了這麼多年的酒店，第一次見這種服務員，先不説你一定要面帶笑容，語氣平和，你連做人最基本的禮貌都沒有，直呼別人的名字。既然睡覺那麼重要，你回家就好了，選擇了這份工作，最起碼要遵守員工的基本職責吧。因為她是個服務員，不想跟她糾纏，我拉着老公走了。拿到房卡，發現兩個房間離得很遠，我回去問她，我説我提前溝通過，因為帶着兩個孩子想要相鄰的兩個房間，她來了一句“被氣糊塗了”。回到電梯，我衹能自我安慰，她的所言所行，都是註定的，她真的衹配當個不值得被人尊敬的服務員。第一次回老家，海泉被家裡人説得特別特別好，沒有想到體驗這麼差。
