賓館外立面古色古香，室內卻很一般，裝修稍顯簡單。懷疑外立面是政府出錢裝修，為了營造古城一條街，問前台服務員，果然被猜中。賓館規模小，沒有餐廳。客人也不多，估計是停車不便，但對背包遊客有個好處，就是離旅遊景點近，新絳最著名的旅遊景點有鐘樓鼓樓樂樓、絳州大堂，城隍廟，文廟，龍興寺，天主教堂都在附近，汾河公園也不遠。走累了或出汗了可以回賓館洗個澡休息一會兒再出去，我就一天洗了三次澡，浪費了賓館不少水。

沒有電梯，如果行旅大，肯怕上下都會有點問題，其它的一般。最大的優點是：出門右邊，到新絳三州衹有幾百米，出門左邊，幾百米就是龍興寺，對門小巷幾百米就可到教堂。

地理位置絕佳，就在古街上，離絳州三樓，絳州大堂，龍興寺都幾百米，晚上走幾步就可以去樂樓看蒲劇。酒店裝修不新，但是很乾凈，有飲用水，房間服務和前台服務也很好，價格還便宜。總之，能在縣城住到這樣的賓館已經非常滿意了,感恩

位置是真的好，距離古城的各個景點步行輕鬆可達，就在貢院巷口。老房改造，應而硬件設施肯定有不盡如人意之處，但還比較衞生，洗澡水特別好。性價比很高的經濟型酒店
