The worst stay. The hotel phone number reserved by Ctrip was not in use, and the only number that was connected to the front desk was not answered for an hour. The room did not provide drinking water, which was fine. The most ridiculous thing was that the king-size bed room I booked was actually two single mattresses put together, which was uncomfortable to sleep on, and the air conditioner in the room was very noisy. I suggest that Ctrip eliminate such hotels, which lowers the brand positioning too much.

房間陳舊但是還算乾淨。床單被套老舊感覺不乾淨，毛巾不敢用。洗髮水沐浴露是自己灌的那種水乳不交融都不敢用。有個枕頭有紅色的不知道是血還是啥。不敢開窗，空氣難聞。沒有一次性拖鞋沒有瓶裝水。衞生不改善免費都不想住了。
