房間很乾凈、視野很棒，新晃住了所有酒店裡環境最棒的了；但是很中肯的説，房間進去的時候很大的煙味，清潔沒有做到位；一樓大廳男員工吊兒郎當的在落座區抽煙，感覺職業化培訓做得很拉垮

房間衞生差，住着膽戰心驚的。 換了個房間還是窗台上檳榔渣、床下各種垃圾，第二個房間一晚上煙味都沒散掉😂這樣的衞生狀況不知道維也納內部到底有沒有培訓，平時是如何監管的 以後維也納是不會住了

維納斯國際酒店位置好，有自己的停車場，在這裡是最好的酒店。酒店工作人員熱情周到，酒店的房間寬敞明亮舒適，洗漱衞生間乾濕分離特別乾淨，酒店的早餐豐富多樣，以後到這裏首選維也納酒店，入住體驗特別好！

除了環境好點之外、停車場真的太糟了、房間地板都是翹起來、走路都勾拖鞋容易摔倒、馬桶蓋臟、浴室洗澡下水堵了、洗個澡可以泡澡！淋浴露都沒有都不會主動加！

房間乾淨整潔，寬敞明亮，床和沙發非常舒適，洗浴用品也比較高檔，停車場地面和地下都有，車位充足，地下停車場電梯直達酒店大堂，很便捷，早餐豐盛，中西兼顧，餐廳乾淨衞生，酒店前台和餐廳服務都很好

挺離譜的真的 準備睡覺發現被子是這樣的，而且提前預訂好的接站，説要我到站了等司機電話，結果我等了半天打電話一問跟我説車子開出去了。又不早通知我，打個電話告訴我很難嗎，不然我一直等唄？不會再住了
