服務態度差，好像欠他的，網上訂的與實際房天差地別，沒有熱水，環境差！房間亂七八糟的。

在攜程上訂房最差的一次，在這鳥不拉屎的便地方，價格71看是便宜，但與像揭陽那個地方的80元房價相比那這還叫西門酒店的房價最多不過40元差不多，進店要上樓梯三樓開房，前台如果老闆不叫相信誰都找不到在那裡，進了房連燒水壺都沒有，向老闆要説是沒有，要不叫自己退房，這是什麼服務？？。房間很少，床枕頭才有一個。衞生間很差。床靠片如果沒有牆相信會靠倒過去。希望路過或出差的朋友來到新化住宿時想住舒適的話不建議選擇《沒門酒店》😂

好不好我不知道，店肯定是黑店來的，我訂錯房間了，馬上打電話給商家，前後就一兩分鐘時間，然後就不給退，就掛電話不接電話了。

酒店設施還是比較新的，但是衞生有待加強，新的毛巾上還有頭髮
這個服務我就給他打一星了，為什麼呢？打給一樓大堂老闆娘的，他們酒店有三層樓，很複雜，這個房間號不是一般人能走的清楚的，一零幾的房間在二樓，而且上樓梯的地方也是比較獨特，他要從一樓大廳穿過。
由於一樓是一個飯店，老闆娘可能覺得影響他們生意還是想增加自己的生意，就不讓外賣小哥進，直接就跟外賣小哥説走錯了，不是這個地方，還有就是快遞小哥一踏進一樓，他就罵那個外賣小哥，我不明白這是為什麼？
我們住的房間就是要從一樓飯店大堂經過，禁止別人進入一樓，是要想增加自己的生意嗎？
