在酒店定的房間 然後在手機上續房的 然後第二天凌晨3點半敲門説我們沒續房 真的住了這麼多酒店頭一次 凌晨三點半前台敲門一開始凌晨2點敲了一次門我們都説了續了房 讓他們自己去軟件上看然後凌晨三點半還是來敲門了我真的服了

前台服務態度不好一點都不熱情，每次看到是玩手機，我昨天下午兩點左右開的時候前台收銀員看手機坐着招呼都不打禮貌用語都沒一句，個子高高的那位保安很熱情的，房間寬敞，但是床上用品和有的毛巾太舊了，漱口杯牙膏都有，還有杯子，建議老闆都換新的
