前台態度極差腦子也是有問題，同事幫忙續房的，前台居然能半夜11.30打電話確認，沒接電話，凌晨快2點還打電話！就想問問整個下午就不能打電話確認續房的嗎？

前台服務差，愛理不理的樣子，更奇葩的是這麼冷的天氣，問前台空調啟動怎麼二十分鐘沒反應，前台告訴我那就是這樣子的，他們店的空調是要40分鐘後才會啟動的，至於要到什麼時候有熱風那不保證。我滴個神，零度的天氣遇上零度的服務，絕了
