建議大家找其他的酒店，這個酒店亂扣錢，洗漱用品沒用，他也扣錢，扣錢原因是，我都沒拆包裝袋，包裝袋底下有個洞，他説是我搞爛的，我是****啊，要是那個包裝袋是從上面弄壞了還好説，我上面都沒拆那下面有個洞，他説是我拆，態度極差，特別是那個保潔阿姨，建議大家千萬不要去

這個酒店是我住過最差的酒店。我和同事到新化出差，在網上訂了這個酒店雙人房。到前台後辦理入住，前台説沒有房間了，是忘了關閉網上訂單平台，但是可以幫我們換豪雙，需要加收20元，錢是小事。我們兩個交錢辦理入住。進房後，我上廁所看見馬桶裏有煙頭都沒有沖，洗手枱上都是水漬。毛巾是亂七八糟卷在毛巾架上的。再出來看見被子是翻開的。找拖鞋也沒有！打電話到前台，接通電話後我説了房間的情況後，前台馬上掛斷了電話。我和同事很氣憤到前台要求退房。前台説，已經辦理了入住不能退，給我們換一間房，換了個麻將房，裏面毛巾還是一樣的亂，姑且不説，房間裏還有一股很大的二手煙味道，令人作嘔！因為太晚了，人太累了，就衹好將就了一晚。

忘記拍圖了，但是我説的每一句都是我昨晚睡床上心裏罵了n遍的。
首先:衞生真的非常差。一進門很大的味道，廁所也是，通風很差。我跟朋友兩個人晚上都睡覺癢死了，應該是被單不乾淨，從來沒遇到這樣的情況，我們兩個人皮膚還是不敏感的。而且，枕頭下面有頭髮，可能是床單根本沒換？被子也很薄，空調衞到也大
其次:環境設施老舊。很多設施都壞了，也是火車站附近賓館的通病，拖鞋一股子老汗腳味，放牀頭櫃那晚上睡覺一直聞到臭腳味。牙刷跟鞋刷子一樣，洗髮水沐浴露不起泡，應該是那種很便宜很便宜的一包。
總體來説又舊又不乾淨又不便宜，再也不訂這家了
