"This is my first time giving a negative review on Ctrip. Objectively, the room was generally clean and had all the amenities (the balcony door was broken, locking a family out. There was no hot water in the morning, so we were told someone had used the bathtub and waited half an hour. The hair dryer was broken). The service was generally positive and proactive in resolving the issue, so the lack of amenities is understandable). The decor was thoughtful. Eating in the room was prohibited, as it attracted ants. The airport transfers, breakfast, afternoon tea, and fried rice all required reservations. Overall, the value for money was slightly worse than another hotel. However… I believe the B&B owner expected a negative review after our stay. He later informed us that children would be charged for breakfast, so I suggested informing them in advance of any charges. I later discovered that Ctrip clearly stated that children under 10 had free breakfast. During the conversation, the owner excitedly stated he had never seen a guest like me and emphasized that the fried rice time I requested didn't meet the requirements. I told him to follow the Ctrip guidelines, but he complained in the group chat that her kindness was unrewarded. The B&B staff also posted a short essay in the group, saying that the boss and I are not destined to be together. I just want to spend money clearly and travel comfortably. I have to talk to the B&B owner about my vacation. I can exchange a few hundred yuan of wine for better service. If the guests have a good experience, fate will come naturally."
