一進房門撲面而來的一股異味，房間衞生堪憂，枕罩有污漬，還有類似散粉一樣的污漬，床單上有很多毛髮，後來又讓保潔更換了，保潔人員也太不專業了吧，更換過程中一直在説這些不是他造成的，是統一清洗的。衞生間洗手池堵塞不下水，反映之後解決了，已經過了半個月了本來沒想評價了，這些天一直有人加我微信，給我打電話，説我這裡是海洋星酒店前台，我衹在這酒店住過一次訊息都給我泄露了？住這麼多酒店，第一次寫評價，真的ex到我了，這次體驗真的差死了，奉勸大家還是去旁邊的中多和樂瀾吧，服務和衞生環境這個酒店都沒法比。
