來過幾次，這次體驗相當差，衞生太差了，洗漱池長頭髮隨處可見，水漬看的不忍直視，窗簾也成手動的了，太對不起商務大床房125的價格了。

原本心情好好的來住個酒店，看着環境不錯沒想到都是假的，吹風機上面不知道是什麼東西黏糊糊的根本用不了，而且沒有一次性拖鞋，衞生問題堪憂，不説衞生問題了，員工服務態度惡劣，不正面解決問題，廁所門把手突然鬆掉，直接砸着我們的腳了，肉直接掉了一塊，走路都疼痛難忍，而且向前台反映完問題後，酒店的人還是被提醒之後才來送的創可貼，並且門把手根本安不上！什麼垃圾酒店，要不是兩個人住隔着廁所門根本出不來。。。。。。員工説找店長處理一下這個問題，後來就沒音了還怪顧客沒有把自己的需求説出來，誰是員工，我們怎麼直接和店長反映？還有就是反映完問題後平台把一天的房費退款到賬户上了，我們以為這就是解決的辦法，想着就算了，態度有了，結果很無語的是隨後前台給我們打電話説系統自動退的，還説直接從按金裏面扣，6，你們就這麼解決問題的，我的評價就三個詞：臟 差 員工態度惡劣，該避雷的避雷吧，什麼垃圾酒店。。。。住過最糟心的一個沒有之一
