衞生很好，服務態度是非常的好，早餐到時間了，還專門為客人現炸油條，棒極了，孩子鼻子流血，滴到了床單上，服務人員態度很好

如家，如家，如家的温暖，一定看明白説的是如家酒店好，房間乾淨整潔，服務熱情周到，賓至如歸工作之餘休息的港灣如到家一樣。從攜程下的訂單方便快捷，攜程客服協調能力優級好。
邢台七里河隔壁某程酒店就差遠了，某住會服務就更差遠了能把人鈍刀子給磨死，某住會，10月29日下單交了房款時有早餐入住4天，關鍵是入住某程上電梯還提示根據入住人數提供早餐，可是意外就在 隔壁某程辦理完入住，剎那間就像一盆冰水順頭灌溉，某程前台客服説是沒有早餐（關鍵還是一臉漠視）。於是我懵比了，打電話到某住會投訴，回覆72小時回覆結果，客服就是對不起對不起，根本就是推諉不解決問題。投訴好幾次總是這句對不起，繞來繞去是顧客你的錯對不起你有錯，我不管你現在是冰天雪地。從下午17：30一直繞到19：00也沒解決反而把我氣的血壓飆升，乾脆退房不住。晚上如家酒店都睡覺了，某住會的客服還假惺惺打個電話，大概內容是先生你的錯，我通知你一下，是你的錯，對於你的錯造成不便説聲對不起。從來就沒有檢討一下自己的服務哪裡不到位。某住會+某程酒店太讓人失望了，當天降温，遇到個以上這（華+星）倆寶真是徹骨的冷呀。
於是我到隔壁如家辦理入住，服務簡直就是一個天上地下。同樣是入住4天，第二天房價調整，打攜程客服立馬返差價，前台還送了份早餐。你説舒心不。
兩家對比，
× 某住會+某程酒店=死板/無誠信/冷冰冰/推諉
√ 攜程+如家=高效/誠信/服務周到/賓至如歸。
以後呀惹不起躲的起那華寶和星寶，還是勸旅途的兄弟們來如家吧，在外不容易，選擇賓至如歸如家智者的抉擇。

空間大，床很舒服。停車也很方便，就在酒店門口。每次回家中途都在這裏休息
吃飯不是很方便，點了外賣當地川菜排行榜第一，但味道非常一般。
