During my stay, I was very touched by the service provided by Manager Cao Yihui! From patiently answering all questions during check-in to proactively helping to coordinate room requirements, he showed great professionalism and affinity throughout the whole process. I would also like to thank Manager Liu from the Housekeeping Department for preparing welcome fruits for us. Knowing that I was in a hurry on a business trip, he was able to respond quickly and solve small problems encountered late at night. The quality is reflected in the details. Their enthusiasm and thoughtfulness made the entire stay experience far beyond expectations. I fully felt the excellent service level of a star-rated hotel. It must be praised with five stars!

It's really worth staying in this hotel! The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete and new, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and it's super comfortable to lie on. The staff is very considerate, and the lobby manager Wang Ziyi is warm and thoughtful, and responsive. The breakfast selection is rich and the taste is also very good, which completely satisfies my taste buds. The overall experience is perfect, the cost performance is super high, and it is highly recommended! I will choose this place next time I travel!

準備來邢台旅遊，搜尋附近酒店環境條件比較好的，就找到了這家今年新開的酒店，就在高鐵站附近，到哪裡都很方便，地理位置挺好 設施:酒店住宿大廳整個都特別乾淨，住宿房間格局也很好，乾濕分離，衞浴還提供了一次性浴缸套，洗浴用品都是一個品牌的，特別好用~ 服務:從入住到離店服務態度都很好，有需求都會滿足，尤其前台小楊很熱情! 真的是非常貼心了! 環境:整個住宿體驗感極佳，還有簡單的健身設施，停車也沒有問題，後面有比較大的停車場

房間大、乾淨，設施完善，衞生間乾濕分離，智能馬桶，超大淋浴間，雙洗漱盆很方便，樓下停車也很便捷，雲中大堂在32層，氣派豪華，客房住在26層，電梯速度快平穩，需要刷卡停客房樓層，安全私密感強
